At Integrity College of Health, we train students for healthcare careers that are in high demand. Healthcare workers are essential, and medical assistants and medical biller/coders are vital to our healthcare system. As a medical assistant you may work in doctor’s offices, hospitals, medical clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare settings. These important healthcare workers are in high demand across the country, and the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics projects this field will continue to grow over the 2020 –  2030 decade at an incredible rate of 18% annually. If you have a passion for helping others, and are looking for a hands-on, patient-centered healthcare career, medical assisting could be right for you!

Medical assistants are responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks, and students in ICH’s Medical Assistant program learn the essential skills to enter the job market with confidence. Learning from experienced, professional instructors, ICH students learn to perform the following clinical and administrative tasks:

Administrative healthcare workers are in high demand in today’s marketplace as well, and medical billers/coders play an important role in our healthcare system. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics, in the 2020 – 2030 decade there will be over 416,000 jobs nationwide in the medical billing and coding field, growing at a rate of 9% annually. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in an administrative setting, a career in medical billing and coding might be the right choice for you!
