Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Introduction

This is a course to teach a “fast-track” Nurse Assistant Program designed to be completed in 4 weeks and prepare students for certification by the American Red Cross or NATP. Coursework includes 7 days of classroom lecture and 15 days of off-site clinical training.

Program Objectives: To ensure that upon graduation, students are sufficiently qualified to test at the American Heart Association or NATAP and receive their Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate.

Prerequisites: You must pass the entrance exam and be 16 years old.

Admissions, Requirements and Procedures: Courses are open to those who are 18 years or older who can speak, read, and understand the English language. All applications are taken in person. Students must call to register daily between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm for upcoming classes.

Program Length: 151 Total Clock Hours / 4 Weeks Full-Time
