Both 211 LA and FindHelp make it easy to locate free or low-cost services in your area, from housing and food assistance to healthcare, childcare, and mental health support. These tools are available 24/7 and are designed to connect you quickly with the right help, right when you need it.

211 LA is Los Angeles County’s 24/7 helpline and referral center that connects people with vital local services. Whether you’re looking for housing assistance, food, mental health support, utilities help, or emergency resources, dialing 2-1-1, using their online chat, or visiting their website puts you in touch with a community resource advisor who can guide you to help in your area.

FindHelp

FindHelp is an online platform that allows you to search for free or reduced-cost services in your community—everything from health care and food to housing, financial aid, childcare, and more. Just enter your ZIP code and browse programs or services that match your needs, all in one place.
